Jillievo Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

📋 1. Introduction & Applicability

• All associated accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonus balance remaining in the account will be forfeited.
• The original deposit amount may be refundable, subject to the outcome of an investigation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Jillievo will never ask for your password over the phone or by email. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

Jillievo strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Protecting minors from gaming is one of our highest priorities.

Jillievo may request proof-of-age documents from any member at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

• If a bonus is not used within the specified validity period after being claimed, it will be automatically cancelled.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available). Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If a sports event or game is cancelled due to technical issues or force majeure circumstances, Jillievo will refund the amount wagered on that bet. However, results for any portion already completed will remain valid.

6.3 Incorrect Odds

If Jillievo mistakenly displays incorrect odds, it reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. Intentionally exploiting erroneous odds is considered a prohibited activity.

6.4 Live Betting

Bets placed during live betting may not be accepted due to internet latency. No disputes will be entertained in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jillievo:

• Fraud: Creating an account using a fake identity or false information.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Market Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate or influence the outcome of a game.
• Account Selling: Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the gaming platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• System Hacking: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Jillievo's systems.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
